About Us

Team of environmental conservationists in Romanian wilderness

Our Journey

Endysism Silicle was born from a profound connection to Romania's breathtaking natural landscapes and a deep concern for their preservation. Our story began in 2018 when four passionate environmental scientists and tourism experts gathered in Cluj-Napoca to discuss the alarming rate at which Romania's pristine wilderness was being compromised by unsustainable development and mass tourism.

What started as informal conservation projects and guided nature walks for friends and colleagues quickly evolved into a structured organization dedicated to protecting Romania's ecological treasures while creating meaningful, low-impact experiences for visitors.

By 2022, we had established partnerships with local communities across the Carpathians, Danube Delta, and Transylvanian highlands. Our scientific research initiatives gained recognition, and our sustainable tourism model began receiving international attention for its innovative approach to balancing conservation with responsible exploration.

Now, as we approach 2026, Endysism Silicle has grown into Romania's leading eco-conservation and sustainable tourism organization, with multiple preservation projects, educational programs, and award-winning eco-tours that serve as a model for responsible nature-based enterprises across Eastern Europe.

Our Mission & Values

To preserve Romania's natural heritage through scientific research, community involvement, and sustainable tourism, creating a model of environmental stewardship that balances ecological protection with human wellbeing.

Environmental Integrity

We place the health of ecosystems at the center of all decisions, ensuring our activities contribute positively to biodiversity and habitat protection while minimizing our ecological footprint.

Scientific Rigor

Our conservation work and educational programs are grounded in peer-reviewed research and continuous monitoring, allowing us to adapt our approaches based on empirical evidence rather than assumptions.

Community Partnership

We recognize that sustainable conservation requires the involvement and prosperity of local communities. By creating economic opportunities through eco-tourism and traditional craft preservation, we ensure that environmental protection becomes a shared goal.

Educational Empowerment

We believe in the transformative power of knowledge and experience. Through immersive learning opportunities, we inspire visitors and locals alike to become advocates for environmental protection in their own communities.
