Welcome to Endysism Silicle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at endysismsilicle.com ("Service") operated by Endysism Silicle ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Eco-Tourism Services

Endysism Silicle provides sustainable eco-tourism experiences and conservation initiatives throughout Romania. Our services include guided tours, conservation projects, environmental education, and sustainable accommodation arrangements. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a deposit to confirm your reservation. The full payment schedule will be provided at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations between 30-60 days before the scheduled start date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days before the scheduled start date are not eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather conditions, insufficient participation, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Endysism Silicle and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Romania and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Endysism Silicle.

6. User Responsibilities

When participating in our eco-tourism activities, you agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our guides
  • Respect the natural environment and minimize your impact
  • Observe wildlife from a safe and respectful distance
  • Not remove any natural items, artifacts, or specimens from sites
  • Respect local customs, traditions, and communities
  • Notify our staff of any concerns or hazards you observe

7. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that might affect their ability to safely engage in activities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we believe their participation might endanger themselves or others. All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before engaging in physical activities.

8. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during our activities for promotional purposes. By participating in our services, you grant us permission to use images or videos that may include you, without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify our staff at the beginning of your tour or activity.

You are welcome to take photographs for personal use during our activities. However, any commercial use of these images requires prior written permission from Endysism Silicle.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Endysism Silicle.

Endysism Silicle has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Endysism Silicle shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

In no event shall Endysism Silicle, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  3. Any content obtained from the Service; and

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
